My name is Jamie. I am a pastry chef and cake decorator. I have always had a passion for cake decorating, and I am happy to report, that I have finally realized a long time dream and I am now opening my own bakery business.
I have been providing specialty cakes and desserts for events and parties for over 14 years. Each dessert is created as a centerpiece to accent and compliment the theme of an event. The biggest part of my heart is dedicated to specialty cakes. It is always pleasing when clients appreciate the outward art of a cake, but nothing compares to the smiles when they taste it!
As a busy wife and mother, I understand the pressures and frustrations of planning a special event, especially when there is so much real life going on around me. Be it a cake, cupcakes, or cookies, my goal is to take a big part of the stress and worry out of your next event.
